1.Women aged 45-55 years old who meet the diagnostic criteria;
2.In line with the international commonly used improved Kupperman scoring method, the score >= 15 points;
3.Patients who have not participated in other clinical trials;
4.Did not take any hormones or tranquilizers for 3 months before treatment;
5.Able to understand the provisions of the daily function scale and complete the assessment;
6.Agree to participate in the survey and sign a written informed consent.
1.Primary hypertension, primary hypotension and chronic anemia;
2.Ovarian tumors, bilateral ovariectomy and premature ovarian failure.
3.Patients with serious primary diseases and mental illnesses such as the cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system.
