Inclusion Criteria
age over 60 years experience falls in the previous 6 months; living in an aged care facility for at least one year; having above average physical ability (by means of Katz's activities of daily living); having medium and high cognitive ability based on cognitive Status Assessment Tools.Exclusion criteria: Leaving nursing home or death; absent more than two times the exercise session or more than one in educationin a month.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method umber of fall and quality of life. Timepoint: Data from six months before(20 jun 2013) and six months after(23 jul 2013). Method of measurement: Registration forms for counting the number of fall in elderly fall episodes during the 6 months before and after the study and lipid quality of life questionnaire to measure quality of life in the Before and After Intervention.
