Inclusion Criteria
ASA grade I /II patients
Age 18 to 65 years
Mallampati class one or two airway
Elective surgical procedures requiring general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation
Exclusion Criteria
Patient who refuse to participate in the study
Pregnant patients
BMI more than 35
Emergency surgery
Anticipated difficult intubation
Patient already having endotracheal tube insitu
