- •All genders
- •Age groups 30 to 80
- •Patients who are diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus type 2 diabetes mellitus with hypertension and type 2 diabetes mellitus with ischemic heart disease and taking medications for at least 2 years
- •Patients whose HbA1c is greater than 6 point 5 percentage

- •Type 1 diabetes patients
- •Type 2 diabetes mellitus in other than medicine department
- •Pregnancy induced diabetes and mentally challenged
- •Type 2 diabetes mellitus with other comorbidities
