Inclusion Criteria
use of studying medicine; no prior history of cardiovascular and respiratory diseases; not having hypertension; not using other analgesic drug.
Exclusion criteria: unwillingness to continue the study; major side-effects due to the use of medications; addicted, especially for morphine injection; having sensitivity.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Pain relief. Timepoint: Before and 5 minutes after intervention. Method of measurement: The visual analog scale.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Side-effects of medications (nausea and vomiting, dizziness, respiratory depression, skin rash in the area of injection, menorrhagia after injection, hypotension, seizures, drowsiness, allergic reactions, etc). Timepoint: 5 minutes after intervention. Method of measurement: Questionnaire.
