Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Age more than 18 years
  • ESRD patients with regular hemodialysis (two to three times a week) more than 90 days.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Recent diagnosis acute myocardial infarction, heart failure and pulmonary embolism within previous 6 months
  • Major surgery and trauma within previous 4 weeks
  • Undergone coronary and/or valvular intervention within previous 6 months
