Hypertensive patients representing coronary artery disease
Exclusion Criteria
Pregnancy
Infective pathology of heart like Rheumatic heart disease, subacute bacterial endocarditis, Pericarditis, endocarditis, Congenital heart disease,Tuberculosis, Coronary artery disease leading to left ventricular and right ventricular heart failure
