- •Willing to participate in the study
- •1. Patients between age group of 25-60 years.
- •2. Patients of either gender.
- •3. Group A- Subdivided into two subgroups.
- •( a) Diabetic Patients having positive family history of Diabetes. (Positive
- •subjective parameters of Prameha, HBA1c >= 6.5, Fasting Blood glucose >=
- •126 mg|dl, Post Prandial Blood Glucose 200 mgdl or above.)
- •(b) Subjects having Prameha Lakshan without hyperglycemia.Group B â?? Non Diabetic (Apramehi) Subjects having positive family history of
- •Prameha. ( Negative subjective parameters of Prameha, HBA1c < 6.5, Fasting
- •Blood glucose < 99 mg|dl, Post Prandial Blood Glucose >139 mgdl or below.)

- •â?? Patients having any other systemic diseases and on regular medication for the
- •â?? Pregnant women, Lactating mothers.
- •â?? Mentally compromised.
- •â?? Uncooperative patients.
- •â?? Patients suffering any Oro - dental disorder.
