- •Patients of 18â??70 years with the ASA Class Iâ??IV underwent elective surgery requiring general anaesthesia with direct laryngoscopy (Macintosh blade) and endotracheal intubation
排除标准
- •1.Head and neck anatomical pathology
- •2.Small mouth opening < 3.0cm
- •3.Limitation in head and neck flexion or extension
- •4.Previous history of failed and difficult intubation
- •Pregnancy and a body mass index (BMI) of >39.9 kg/m2
