Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients on mechanical ventilation after cardiac surgery
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with low ejection fraction \< 45%, intact intracrdiac shunts , arrythmias, open sternum, any contraindication for fluid administration such as right ventricle dysfunction, fluid overload, patient for poor echo window for transthoracic echo and transfontanelle ultrasound,on hemodialysis
