The patients suffering from signs and symptoms of amavata mentioned in classic ayurvedic texts i.e Angamarda, Aruchi, Jadya, Apaka, Sandhi shula, Sandhi shotha & according to 2010 ACR/EULAR Classification Criteria for rheumatoid arthritis patients having score >=6/10.
Irrespective of sex, socio economic condition and religion etc.
1.Patients who are unable to perform routine
activities due to gross disabilities, joint
deformities or other physical injuries.
2.Patients undergoing treatment for Carcinoma,
Cardiac diseases, Diabetes etc.
3.Patients having TB, HIV, Hepatitis B or any
other infectious diseases.
4.Vulnerable groups like children, pregnant women,
elderly people etc.
5.Patients undergoing any steroid therapy at the
time of screening.

Level, walking time, wong baker face -pain rating scale and joint range of motion and reducing the other symptom given in the subjective criteria.Timepoint: At the end of 42 Days
