Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients in the age group of 18- 45 yrs. Patients complaining of vaginal discharge, pruritus, dysuria, and frequency of micturition. Presence of Clue cells in Microscopic examination. Patients willing to take part in study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Unmarried women, pregnant women, and lactating mothers.
- •Patients on oral contraceptive or using intrauterine contraceptive device and a history of taking antibiotic therapy from last 2 weeks.
- •Patients with any systemic illness like anemia, TB, diabetes mellitus and sexually transmitted diseases.
- •The patients suffering from candidiasis, trichomoniasis, chlamydial vaginitis, diphtheritic vaginitis, granular vaginitis, senile vaginitis, emphysematous vaginitis, vaginitis adhaesiva, neoplasm of cervix or vagina extensive chronic cervicitis, fibroid, and malignancy or any other systemic disease
