Inclusion Criteria
i) Age 18-70 years
ii) Left MCA territory ( ischaemic or haemorrhagic )
iii) 2 weeks â?? 6 month following index event
iv) Right handed individuals ( assessed by Edinburgh Handedness Inventory )
Exclusion Criteria
Exclusion Criteria:
i.A coexistent diagnosis of epilepsy / Seizure within last 1 year / On anti-epileptic drugs
ii.Patients with pre-morbid cognitive decline/ Patients with intellectual disability
iii.Patients with acute psychosis
iv.Hemodynamically unstable/ Intubated patients
v.Any co-existing acute lung/cardiac/renal/liver disease
vi.Patients having contraindication to MRI
vii.Patients not giving consent
