Among patients undergoing thoracic surgery, those who consented to pain management
Age: 19 to 80 years old
American Society of Anesthesiologist Physical Condition Classification Grades 1 to 4
Patients with cognitive decline, which makes it difficult to obtain information and the effect of nerve block related to the study
Patients with contraindications to nerve block (INR > 1.3, PTT > 43 seconds without anticoagulant administration, coagulopathy, antiplatelet medication within 48 hours,
dual antiplatelet therapy, treatment site infection, patient refusal of treatment, local anesthetic allergic reaction)
Patients requiring anticoagulant therapy after surgery
Pregnant woman
Comorbidity: Any concomitant disease (sepsis, anatomical thoracic deformity, empyema, elevated intracranial pressure, etc.) for which the patient should be excluded from the study under the judgment of the anesthesiologist
