Inclusion Criteria

1. Have been diagnosed with type 2 DM with received diabetes treatment
2. Have been diagnosed with mild, moderate, or severe NPDR and attending the retinal center of Mettapracharak (Wat Rai Khing) Hospital 3. Age between 30 and 69 years 4. HbA1c is equal to or more than 7 %, at least within the past year before data collection 5. Able to use line application 6. able to speak, read, and write the Thai language 7. Agree to be in this study.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Blood pressure level over 140/90 mmHg, total cholesterol (TC) equal to or more than 240 mg/dl, and low-density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C) equal to or more than 160 mg/dl within the past year before data collection 2. BMI equivalent or more than 30 kg/m2 3.Severe diabetes complications or other serious conditions that make them unable to complete the program due to advanced illnesses such as heart failure, receiving hemodialysis, or experiencing a diabetic crisis such as end-stage renal disease (ESRD). 4. Have diabetic macular edema (DME) and Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy (PDR) 5. Mature cataracts.
