Inclusion Criteria
- •non rheumatic etiology
- •Failure of medical treatment (analgesics and oral NSAIDs and at least one local cortisonic injection
Exclusion Criteria
- •Untreated plantar fasciitis.
- •Other associated tendinopathy.
- •infection in the treatment area.
- •Inflammatory cause
- •Previous operation on the heel
