Female patients of American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classes I and II, aged between 19 and 70 years, who underwent elective robot assisted laparoscopic gynecologic surgery which maintain Trendenlenburg and CO2 insufflation time longer than an hour.
Exclusion criteria included the following: patient refusal, Body Mass Index (BMI) > 35 kg / m2, ASA physical status class ? and IV, past history of thoracic surgery, severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, diaphragmatic paralysis and patients who are not able to cooperate.
