Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
Adherence to pelvic floor exercises. This measure will be obtainned from an exercise diary and a semi-structured questionnaire similar to Chen and Tseng (2009)one, a three-item scale that rated average daily time spent on PFM exercise and the number of<br>daily exercise repetitions. Adherence will be scored by summing the three scores, with a range from 2 to 21. Higher scores indicate stronger adherence to pelvic floor muscle exercise.

Measures of frequency and ammount of urinary loss will be used, and the questionnaire score that represents how much urinary incontinence affects quality of life.;Sexual Function will be evaluated with the Quociente de Função Sexual Feminino that attributes a score to sexual function.;Pelvic Floor Muscle Strenght will be measured with vaginal palpation and graduated with Oxford Modified Scale by Laycock (1994).
