- •Severe Pregnancy Induced Hypertension (systolic blood pressure of 160mmHg or more and /or diastolic blood pressure of 110mmHg or more)

- •Pregnancy beyond less than 20 weeks gestational age
- •Who do not agree for consent.
- •Contraindication or known allergy to hydralazine or labetalol
