Inclusion Criteria

1. Subjects between age group 18-60 yrs of either

gender falling under the overweight BMI 24-29.5

kg/m2.

2. Females having â??Udarapasharvavridhiâ?? between

80-88 cm and Males having

â??Udarapasharvavridhiâ?? between 94-102 cm.

3. Have the ability to understand risk/ benefits

of the protocol.

4. Subjects should be available for duration of

study period.

5. Willing to give written consent & willing to

comply with trial protocol.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Subjects with history of chronic disease which

require continuous use of drugs.

2. Having history of any serious co-morbid

condition.

3. Diabetic patients.

4. Having abnormal kidney, liver function test &

abnormal findings on complete blood count.

5. Subjects who are pregnant, breast feeding &

willing to be pregnant.
