Inclusion Criteria
1)ADULTS BETWEEN 18-70 YEARS UNDER GOING ELECTIVE SURGICAL PROCEDURES UNDER GENERAL ANAESTHESIA AND ENDOTRACHEAL INTUBATION
2) AMERICAN SOCIETY OF ANESTHESIOLOGY PHYSICAL STATUS 1 AND 2
Exclusion Criteria
1) EMERGENCY SURGERIES
2) PATIENTS WITH HIGH RISK OF ASPIRATION
3)PATIENTS WITH LIMITED MOUTH OPENING, ORAL OR MAXILLOFACIAL PATHOLOGY WHERE CMAC D BLADE INSERTION IS DIFFICULT OR CONTRAINDICATED
4) PATIENTS WITH KNOWN CARDIO RESPIRATORY DISEASE
5) BMI MORE THAN 35 KG PER METER SQUARE

Name Time Method To asses ease of intubation in a patient under going general anaesthesia and being paralyzed with muscle relaxant patients will be simulated to have cervical spine injury with manual in line stabilization of neck.Timepoint: Time in seconds i.e from introduction of C-MAC D-Blade of video laryngoscope in the mouth to the appearance of the capnographic trace following intubation <br/ ><br>(less than 120sec)
