ASA-PS 1 TO 3
Exclusion Criteria
Preoperative GCS less than 13
Patients with carotid artery disease
Patients with ischemic stroke
Patients with unstable cardiorespiratory diseases
Patients with hepatic or renal insufficiency
Inability to create a window for TCD
