入选标准
- •1. Patients willing to give informed and written consent
- •2. ASA physical status I & II
- •3. Patients with body weight 50-70kgs
- •4. Elective surgeries requiring general anaesthesia with endotracheal tube intubation with controlled ventilation
排除标准
- •1. ASA physical status III and above
- •2. Patients who have known hypersensitivity to the study drugs
- •3. Patients who need more than 2 attempts of intubation
- •4. Patients with history upper respiratory tract infection / eosinophilia.
- •5. Pregnancy or lactating mothers.
- •6. History of seizures and/or dystonia
- •7. Patients who have recently received NSAIDS.
