Inclusion Criteria

Lung cancer patients with poor lung function meeting at least one of the following criteria:

1. VC < 80%
2. FEV1% < 70%
3. %IBW < 90%

Exclusion Criteria

1. Severe mental disease or orthopedic disease
2. Active infection disease
3. Another active cancer
4. Pregnancy
5. Smoker
6. Severe heart disease
