Brief Summary: Sleep is crucial for mental, physical, social, and emotional development. This study will be conducted as a cross-sectional observational study, with the sample selected using a stratified random sampling technique. Sleep quality will be assessed using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, and health symptoms will be evaluated according to Arogya Linga, as described by Acharya Kashyap. The target age group for this study will be school children aged 10 to 16 years of either gender, and the study duration will be 8 months. It is anticipated that this study will provide valuable insights into the sleep quality of school children in Bhopal city.

Inclusion Criteria

1.Participants between age group of 10 to 16 years of either gender irrespective of their race, religion and cast.
2.Participants between class 6th to 10th and has at least studied in the school from last one year.
3.participants who are willing to join the survey study and have consent for the same.

Exclusion Criteria

Participants with epilepsy, cerebral palsy, muscular dystrophy, down syndrome or any other severe systemic physical or mental disorder or have the parental history of major psychiatric illness.
