Patient Satisfaction
时间窗: Baseline
Patient satisfaction with the AI avatar (Visual/Voice and Voice only) will be assessed using a structured questionnaire completed after the AI-conducted pre-interview. Responses will be measured on a numeric Likert scale (1-5), with higher scores indicating greater satisfaction and comfort with the AI avatar interaction.
