- •Patients: Suspected tumor after cranial imaging; localisation within supplementary motor area; age > 18 years; written informed consent
- •Healthy subjects: age > 18 years; written informed consent

- •Patients: Contraindications for receiving an MRI; contraindications for receiving a TMS measurement; more than one seizure per week; missing consent to participate in this study
- •Healthy subjects: Contraindications for receiving an MRI; contraindications for receiving a TMS measurement; more than one seizure per week; missing consent to participate in this study; psychiatric or neurologic diseases
