入选标准
- •1) Parturients with nonsevere preeclampsia posted for elective and emergency caesarean section.
- •2) Parturients belonging to ASA grade II and III
- •3) Parturients who are willing to give informed informed consent.
排除标准
- •1) Parturients with complicated obstetric history
- •2)Parturients with cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease.
- •3)Parturients with impending eclampsia and eclampsia
- •4)Parturients on Magnesium sulphate
- •5) Parturients with more than 750 ml intraoperative blood loss
- •6)height less than 150cm and BMI more than 35
- •7) Parturients requiring more than 10 units oxytocin or other additional uterotonic drugs
