Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Parturients with nonsevere preeclampsia posted for elective and emergency caesarean section.
- •2\) Parturients belonging to ASA grade II and III
- •3\) Parturients who are willing to give informed informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Parturients with complicated obstetric history
- •2\)Parturients with cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease.
- •3\)Parturients with impending eclampsia and eclampsia
- •4\)Parturients on Magnesium sulphate
- •5\) Parturients with more than 750 ml intraoperative blood loss
- •6\)height less than 150cm and BMI more than 35
- •7\) Parturients requiring more than 10 units oxytocin or other additional uterotonic drugs
