Inclusion Criteria
belongs to ASA I, ASA II (American Society of Anesthesiologist classification)
Patients undergoing elective surgery under General anesthesia
Duration of surgery lasting <3 hours
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients undergoing Emergency surgeries
2.Anticipated difficult airway
3.Reduced cardiopulmonary reserves
4.Surgeries confined to larynx and trachea
5.Allergic to Local anesthetics
