Inclusion Criteria
Patients between 20 and 50 years old undergoing lumbar disk herniation surgery
Exclusion Criteria
Age more than 50 years and lower than 20 years
Concomitant lumbar canal stenosis and spondylolisthesis.

Name Time Method Pain on the basis of Visual Analog Scale. Timepoint: Before intervention and 8 weeks after intervention. Method of measurement: Visual analogue scale to measure pain.

Name Time Method Abdominal muscle endurance. Timepoint: Before intervention and 8 weeks after intervention. Method of measurement: Trunk flexion endurance test.;Back muscle endurance. Timepoint: Before intervention and 8 weeks after intervention. Method of measurement: Modified Biering-Sorenson test.
