Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1.Systemically healthy patients.
- •2.The patients had to have at least four teeth with a probing depth of >= 5 mm.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.Patients with known systemic diseases.
- •2.Allergy to toluidine blue.
- •3.Patient who underwent treatment with antibiotics within the last 6 months.
- •4.Patient who underwent treatment with anti-inflammatory drug within the last three months.
- •5.Patient undergoing orthodontic treatment.
- •6.Patient who underwent periodontal therapy within the last six months.
- •7.Pregnancy
