- •American Society of Anesthesiologists Grade I and II patients presenting electively for first or second Lower Segment Caesarean Section.

Exclusion Criteria
- •Allergy to bupivacaine, use of antiarrhythmic drugs, contraindications to paracetamol or diclofenac administration, contraindication to central neuraxial blockade
