Inclusion Criteria

RSA:
The study includes all patients who have suffered at least two consecutive miscarriages and for whom standardized diagnostics will be carried out as part of the miscarriage consultation.

RIF:
The study includes all patients who were diagnosed with an RIF in accordance with the criteria specified in the study protocol during the fertility consultation and who were diagnosed with regard to the above. Risk factors are carried out.

Control group:
As a control group, a group of healthy, non-pregnant women without hormonal contraception between 20 and 40 years old, without existing pregnancies, without Z.n. Blood transfusions, without existing autoimmune diseases or regular medication, which are treated in the fertility clinic of the Clinic for Gynecological Endocrinology and Reproductive Medicine due to a male fertility restriction. A second control group consists of a group of women who have already had one or more successful pregnancies without a history of miscarriages and who are treated as part of contraceptive counseling.

Exclusion Criteria

In order to obtain a comparable study collective, all patients for whom the complete diagnostics are not carried out are excluded from the study. Patients who cancel the diagnosis during the examination period are excluded from the study.
