简要总结

The interplay between proximal hip musculature and distal foot mechanics highlights a critical gap in current rehabilitation strategies for individuals with flexible flat feet. Although intrinsic foot strengthening is widely prescribed, insufficient attention has been given to how deficits in hip abductor strength may contribute to excessive femoral internal rotation, tibial internal rotation, and subsequent lowering of the medial longitudinal arch. Emerging evidence suggests that improving proximal neuromuscular control may positively influence distal foot posture, yet the precise effect of isolated hip abductor strengthening on navicular drop and foot function remains inadequately documented. Thus, the need of the study is to determine whether targeted hip abductor strengthening can produce measurable improvements in medial longitudinal arch stability. Total 36 subjects will be recruited in this experimental study. they will be randomly divided into two groups. One group will receive Short foot exercises and other group will receive short foot exercise and hip abductors strengthening. The outcome measure will be measured at the time of recruitment and at the end of 4 weeks of intervention. The data will be entered in micro soft excel for the calculation.
