Inclusion Criteria

40 to 70 years old ; candidate for angiography; Carotid Intima-media thickness more than standard (0.8 mm); patients voluntarily confirm their willingness to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria: MI or illness associated with artery clogging which is untreated; any change in the amount or type of medications consumed during intervention; inflammatory disease require NSAIDs medications; lack of desire to continue the collaboration;not taking 10 percent of supplements (not to use for one week); the incidence of allergic reaction to supplement; obesity (body mass index of 35 and more); comorbidity of a chronic disease (renal or hepatic insufficiency, pulmonary failure, a history of cancer or asthma); the use of NSAIDs; usage of dietary/ herbal /multi-vitamin supplements at least two weeks before the start of the intervention
