Inclusion Criteria
Gender: Male
Age:21 - 47 years
Only married men without any obvious organic cause of PME
IVELT score 2 or greater
Exclusion Criteria
Diagnosed patients, those having organic cause like anatomical abnormalities, Genital infection, and Neurological disorder
Patients with Erectile Dysfunction
Patients with known case of psychological and psychiatric disease
Patients with immunosuppressive disease/drugs
Alcohol and drug abuse
Non –compliance to the trial protocol
