Inclusion Criteria
Patient fit for leech application as according to classical texts.
Patients having acne lesions over face.
Exclusion Criteria
Age <12 years and >35 years
Patient unfit for leech application as according to ayurvedic text
Patient having acne lesions over chest trunk or any region other than face.
Patient with known diabetes or bleeding disorder.
