- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Improvement in gait performance after functional training intervention, determined by kinematic gait analysis simulating everyday situations through changes in gait time parameters: increased speed, decreased double-support time, increased walking time , increased swing time, decreased support and double support time and decreased variability of gait temporal variables.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Significant improvement in functional fitness in the functional training group, observed by the best AAHPERD scores, demonstrated by decreased coordination test time, increased flexibility values, decreased agility and dynamic balance test time, increased repetitions in the strength and endurance test and decreased time in the general aerobic endurance test
