Inclusion Criteria

Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, and spastic paralysis for this disease can be included in treatment<br>2. Meets the above diagnostic criteria, with decreased limb muscle strength and a muscle strength score of less than level 5<br>3. Within 6 months of stroke course<br>4. Age range from 35 to 80 years old<br>5. After treatment, the patient's condition remains stable, can cooperate with treatment, and can complete relevant functional assessments<br>6. Those who voluntarily participate and have signed an informed consent form

Exclusion Criteria
  1. Limb dysfunction caused by fractures, osteoporosis, arthritis, and other reasons<br>2. Patients with traumatic brain injury, aneurysm, neuroma, and arteriovenous malformation<br>3. Patients with severe damage to heart, liver, and kidney function in combination<br>4. Patients with extensive cerebral infarction, severe cerebral edema, and herniation
