1. NAFLD diagnosis made by detecting liver steatosis on fibro scan with score of steatoses i.e. controlled attenuation parameter (CAP) = 238 dB/m i.e. 11-33% fatty change in the liver.
2. Patients who are between the ages of 18 to 65 years.
3. Absence of significant alcohol consumption ( <20 g/d for women and <30 g/d for men).
4. Elevated Serum liver enzymes, Lipid profile and plasma glucose and insulin concentrations
1. The surrogate scores of liver stiffness (LSM) which can be in line with stage 4 fibrosis/cirrhosis = 11 kPa.
2. Uncontrolled diabetes history (HbA1c > 9%)
3. Uncontrolled hypertension
4. Diagnosed cases of disease-preventing administration to aerobic exercise; cardiovascular, neurological, orthopedics disease history.
5. Diagnosed cases of viral hepatitis, autoimmune liver disease, hemochromatosis, or drug-induced hepatotoxicity

Name Time Method Fibro scan- Transient elastography will be performed using the Fibro scan according to a standardized protocol <br/ ><br>Liver function test- Liver function test will be made in an internationally accredited laboratory, using standard methodsTimepoint: 1st- Beginning of intervention <br/ ><br>2nd- at the end of 12 weeks of intervention
