- •a. ASA I and II patients
- •b. Patients with pituitary or sellar masses for which the surgery is indicated
- •c. Either Gender
- •d.Age 18 to 65 years
排除标准
- •a.Unwilling or unable to give consent
- •b.Decreased levels of conciousnes, raised intracranial pressure
- •c.Recurrent pituitary tumour or pituitary apoplexy
- •d.Patients with cardiac pathology or severe hypertension
- •e.Previous nasal surgery
- •f.History of allergy to drugs used
- •g.Patients with body weight , 40 kg
