Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Older person who are aged 60 years or over, living in Pho Phraya municipality, Suphan Buri province, Thailand for at least 6 months, 2\. Older person who are able to verbally communicate in Thai, 3\. Older person who are Able to walk around their home, 4\. Older person who are willing to participate with signed inform consent.
- •e) Older person are available to be visited at home, and be contacted during the trial period.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Older person residing in institutional care facilities, 2\. Having mobility difficulties; or being wheelchair users, 3\. Older person who are dependent as regards the performance activities of daily living as determined by scores of Barthel ADL less than 12, 4\. Older person who are not willing or able to complete the study or participated, 5\. Having medical conditions as follows Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions such as recent fracture or surgery within the previous six months, inflammatory arthritis, Unstable or terminal medical illness that would preclude the activity and be unlikely to resolve, such as cardiovascular diseases , respiratory diseases, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, stroke, cancers, Neurological conditions that would result in motor performance difficulties, Cognitive impairments diagnosed by physicians, Other uncontrolled medical conditions in the past six months that are likely to compromise their ability to program.
