入选标准
- •aged ≥ 65 years old, scored high Barthel index (activitis of daily living, ADL ≥ 17/20\)27, scored high Oxford knee score (≥ 40/48\), not underlying diabetes mellitus and hypertension, retaining a functional dentition (≥ 20 teeth), normal eye health, no depression, no dementia, no incontinence, no sleeping problems, able to write and speak Thai, and informed consent.
排除标准
- •impaired cognitive or physical functions and received other exercise program within previous 6 months.
