Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •\- 65 years and older
- •\- Before discharge from hospital (in\-patient for at least 4 days) for non\-surgical reasons (e.g. heart failure, COPD, pneumonia etc)
- •\- Be able to walk (if necessary with walking aid).
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Unable to understand the study procedures
- •\- Pacemaker or other implanted device
