Inclusion Criteria
- 65 years and older
- Before discharge from hospital (in-patient for at least 4 days) for non-surgical reasons (e.g. heart failure, COPD, pneumonia etc)
- Be able to walk (if necessary with walking aid).
Exclusion Criteria
- Unable to understand the study procedures
- Pacemaker or other implanted device

Name Time Method <p>Main study parameters are fall risk measures assessed in the hospital at<br /><br>baseline and week 6 as a proxy measure for falls (questionnaires, physical<br /><br>performance tests) as well as mobility in daily life measured for 6 weeks<br /><br>continuously using the SMM.</p><br>
