•Multiple screw fixation is less invasive and more bone preserving.

•DHS fixation is biomechanically more stable and hence used for more complex fracture patterns.

•No available study to compare between BDSF and DHS in the treatment of femoral neck fractures.

入选标准

•Patients diagnosed radiologically with femoral neck fractures -Age group greater 20 and less than 60 years old -Pauwels type
•3 -Garden classification type 1.

排除标准

•Patient with malignancy or any terminal illness.
•Old neck of femur fractures with avascular necrosis of femoral head or non union -Any local hip pathology (ex: infection) -Significant neurological illness -Significant comorbidities -Patients aged above 60 years.

-Modified Harris hip score

-Nottingham hip fracture score

-VAS score
