Brief Summary
The aim of this experiment is to explore the response of dietary proteins to Gut Microbiota of Pakistani group by collecting the samples based on standard meal, for the young volunteers, Intestinal microflora metabolites and the physiological indexes of the human body.

- Male
Inclusion Criteria
- •young male Pakistani students in the university will be enrolled who are aged from 24 to 35 years;
- •Those who have no alcohol use, gastrointestinal diseases and chronic diseases;
- •Those who have no antibiotics in the past three months.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Those who have a habit to smoke and drink, Those who have gastrointestinal discomfort during the sampling
