Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Individuals with T2DM aged more than 18 years (adult, older adult) of both sexes and attending the outpatient clinic were eligible for the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Any pregnant patients with diabetes,
- •patients currently using medications (like diabetogenic immunosuppressants or antidepressants) that may affect blood glucose levels at the time of the study
- •any patients who were unable to communicate were excluded from the study.
