- •Expected duration of surgery less than 2 hours

- •Obstetrics patients
- •Bleeding or coagulation abnormality
- •Local skin infection at the site of spinal block
- •History of OSA
- •Inability to understand the procedure
- •Hearing impairment
- •Any eye pathology interfering with mask application
- •Surgery in prone postion
