- •Patients with metabolic disease, mainly obesity and/or type two diabetes who have the indication for a bariatric operation. In the control group are patients with also the above mentioned criteria who are undergoing and operation of the gastrointestinal tract for benign reasons. Informed consent.
排除标准
- •no informed written consent, under the age of 18, malignant disease, chronic inflammatory bowel disease, immunosuppression
