- •Willingness to participate in the study
- •Perform permanent hemodialysis
- •Have a history of hemodialysis for at least six months
- •Age group 18 to 65 years
- •Ability to communication

- •Withdrawal from study
- •Hospitalization of the patient during the intervention
- •Amputation at the site of acupressure
- •Anxiety score less than 20
- •Petersburg sleep standard less than 5
